Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker (Family Worker) to join our team in the Greater Lawrence area.
Job Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic support addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges for children and families.
- Assess risk factors such as parental mental illness, substance abuse, domestic and/or community violence.
- Participate in evaluations, interventions, and development of the Individual Family Service plan (IFSP) for children and families.
- Master's degree required. Must hold MA current licensure as a LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or be license-eligible with proof of license eligibility.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pediatric setting working with children under the age of 5.
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmental milestones and delays in children, as well as the impact of emotional, behavioral, and neurological disabilities on the child's functioning and development.
An estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
