Key Responsibilities
  • Client Centric Activities:
    • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
    • Master the client journey to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Deliver exceptional client service through every phase of the sales process.
    • Focus on developing and retaining existing clients, recruiting new and potential ones.
    • Engage clients through every selling opportunity, including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone consignments.
    • Participate in achieving store sales and business KPIs through partnership and OTO appointment routines.
    • Escalate any client issues to the Team Manager or Store Manager/Director as needed.
  • Merchandise and Visuals:
    • Manage all sales and after-sales activities, including boutique returns, end-of-season sales, customer returns, repairs, and complaints.
    • Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the floor.
    • Know the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stocking shelves and maximizing sales.
    • Respect administration and operations procedures.
    • Liaise with the In-Store Visual to follow display guidelines and report relevant information to store management.
  • Operations:
    • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Use the POS system to perform all client transactions.
    • Assist with operational tasks, including shipping and receiving, as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of product and client journey.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Confident and able to develop relationships with clients, team, and business.
  • Clear and concise communication skills - verbal and written.
