Job Title: Client Advisor

Reports to: Store Director, Boutique Manager

Division: Retail, Brand Boutique

Overview

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and meeting or exceeding sales objectives within our luxury brand boutique. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, a passion for the brand, and a commitment to creating a positive and inviting environment for discerning clients.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure an outstanding client experience by creating a positive and inviting environment, being enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the brand, and greeting clients with a personalized approach.
  • Educate and inform clients based on their needs, building trust and developing long-term relationships.
  • Implement brand strategies and guidelines, and maintain a consistent visual presentation of luxury watches.
  • Closely process sales, including payment, warranty information, and gift-wrapping, while following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize the CRM system to build ongoing relationships with clients and handle issues with diplomatic skill.
Meeting or Exceeding Sales Objectives
  • Meet sales objectives for any given month, quarter, and year, and clearly understand daily sales objectives and their relation to weekly and monthly targets.
  • Focus on developing long-term relationships with clients, and follow up with them using the CRM system, including birthday cards, holiday cards, and informing them of new merchandise and special events.
  • Readily accept and incorporate constructive advice from managers on how to improve sales performance.
Other Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all store security procedures, set up cases and windows, and respect other Client Advisors to foster an environment of support and collaboration.
  • Adhere to the company dress code policy, and work with team members to ensure the store is clean and attractive at all times.
  • Be on time and attend to attendance as a crucial part of performance.
Brand Responsibility
  • Ensure appropriate visual merchandising of all products in the store, and check stock on a daily basis to maintain quality.
  • Maintain informed and up-to-date on brand and industry product knowledge by attending training conducted by the brand and Tourneau Bucherer.
  • Embrace and execute the selling and service experience to brand and Tourneau Bucherer standards.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week, and have a polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
  • Meet and exceed company assigned goals, metrics, and objectives.
