Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Tremco. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our users of SAP application systems and ancillary software tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd level help desk support and train users in the use of SAP business application software
  • Design and implement new SAP modules and releases, as well as 3rd party software tools
  • Perform systems analysis, design, configuration, and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion, and special reporting requirements
  • Act as a liaison to software vendors and other users of the software
  • Lead user group forums to address issue management, enhancements requests, and information exchange among users
Requirements
  • College or University degree in finance or accounting
  • SAP Certification in RAR and related discipline or equivalent training
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a SR Accounting Role
  • 5+ years experience in a SAP implementation environment
  • Strong customer service skills and orientation
  • Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work remotely 90% of the time and may be called in to the corporate office for project meetings. Occasional visits to manufacturing plants and overtime work may be required.
