About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and communicating 24-month S&OP pack plans each month. These plans must align with available resources, customer service, sales demand, and company strategic initiatives for both short (13 week) and long (24 month) time horizons.

You will also serve as a subject matter expert on PPIC's planning and scheduling systems, providing training and support to the department. Your key responsibilities will include planning, designing, and conducting all monthly S&OP Pack Plans using mixed integer data models, performing analytical quantitative & data mining assignments, and challenging and improving current decision processes & reporting tools to achieve better efficiency.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university and at least 3 years of related experience. Experience with SQL, Power BI, SAP IBP is preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and conduct all monthly S&OP Pack Plans using mixed integer data models.
  • Perform analytical quantitative & data mining assignments to develop tools supporting S&OP and Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Challenge and improve current decision processes & reporting tools to achieve better efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, SAP IBP is preferred.
