Infant Care Specialist

Kiddie Academy of Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Infant Teacher. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and conferences
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Meet state requirements for this position
- Experience in early childhood education or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Highly professional and dependable
