We are in search of a meticulous and experienced Manager of Engineering Services. In this role, you will be responsible for offering technical direction and assistance to internal departments, including customer support and sales, in the development and implementation of our pipe solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert technical advice and support to internal teams regarding our pipe products, including estimating, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Evaluate project specifications and deliver design services to the sales team and clients.
• Create product solutions and prepare necessary submittal drawings and calculations.
• Offer technical insights to facilitate product integration into site plans.
• Perform structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical analyses as needed using proprietary pipe design software.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Communicate effectively with field sales and manufacturing teams to coordinate efforts.
• Contribute to the creation and development of technical documentation and product literature.
• Define and prioritize technical specifications and user stories for pipe product development in partnership with Marketing.
• Work alongside Product Engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of our pipe solutions.
• Manage standard product publications and specifications, including dimensions, materials, and performance metrics.
• Support the product design process by providing technical input and guidance.
• Conduct market research to identify technical trends and opportunities within the manufacturing sector.

• Lead the successful introduction and adoption of new pipe products, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain necessary certifications for our pipe products with relevant trade associations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as an Engineering Services Manager, Technical Services Manager, or in a similar technical capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reviewing construction plans and specifications, including estimating and submittal packages.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertinent to pipe products.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills related to pipe product design and performance.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Experience in customer support and sales of pipe products is a plus.
• Knowledge of raw material sourcing, manufacturing processes, and logistics for pipe production is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as required, including some limited international travel.
