Senior Stylist

Join our team of fashion experts at Free People as a Senior Stylist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique store experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

• Brand Experience: Act as a brand representative, reflecting the company values and partnering with the store leadership team to create an engaging experience that appeals to our customers.
• Leadership + Team Management: Lead by example in relationship building, styling, and networking with customers, while partnering with the store team to lead service strategies and meet personal sales goals.
• Visual + Business Operations: Assist store leaders in maintaining a visually compelling store, adhering to brand standards, and supporting weekly store objectives.
• Communication + Relationships: Foster ongoing relationships with clients through outreach, networking, and appointment generation, while providing insights into shopping trends and customer feedback.
