Morrison Living is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations. This role requires strong leadership, management, and culinary expertise.

About the Job

The Executive Chef Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This includes leading a team of cooks and other kitchen staff, as well as managing food costs, inventory, and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily culinary production in preparation and presentation of meals
  • Determine how food should be presented and create decorative displays
  • Provide direction on menu development based on product availability and seasonal ingredients
  • Seeks out sources for fresh food and monitors produce and meat for freshness

Requirements

  • A.S. or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience a plus

Salary Range

$80,000 - $87,000 per year
