About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality food production processes, ensuring that all menu items and specials meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain high-quality food production processes.
  • Lead and develop kitchen staff to achieve excellence in food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a line cook; prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, certification of culinary training preferred.
  • Safe food handling certificate.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as B.E.O.'s, safety rules, procedure manuals.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
