Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Home2 Silver Spring. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve issues and provide assistance.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Utilize property management systems and databases efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services to provide recommendations to guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three to six months of related experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
