Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to clients, utilizing our proprietary Flexologist TM training to ensure a world-class stretching experience.
  • Assess client needs and goals, and customize stretch sessions to meet their individual requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, promoting a sense of well-being and relaxation.
  • Build and retain client relationships, promoting membership options and sales through effective communication and outreach.
  • Manage client care, delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments.
  • Ensure client safety, enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations, staying up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a fitness or health-related field, with a focus on stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Nationally certified or licensed in a relevant field, such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, personal training, or massage therapy.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and motivate them to achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive client experience.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour.
  • A flexible schedule, with opportunities for part-time work and a minimum of 20+ hours per week.
