Role Overview:

As a Swim Instructor, you will provide comprehensive swim instruction based on our established curriculum, focusing on water safety and proper techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swim lessons in accordance with our curriculum.
  • Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Conduct inspections of pool areas for maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Assess student progress and complete necessary documentation.
  • Participate in cross-training for various roles and fill in as required.
  • Serve as a representative of Goldfish Swim School, ensuring a positive experience for students and families.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children is essential.
  • Previous leadership or teaching experience is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to address student challenges.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Successful completion of background checks prior to training.
