ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
PRE-CLOSING:
• Manage pre-closing activities in alignment with the Legal team. Establish regular meeting cadence and maintain action items to ensure movement forward.
• Share and articulate the draft timeline once the letter of intent is signed.
• Prepare Org Structure and swim lane documents for all M and A opportunities and present them to the leadership team in preparation for integration.
• Coordinate and oversee due diligence, and discovery events and ensure thorough review in preparation for integration
• Collaborate with Leaders on each project to develop timelines, responsibilities, and custom activities necessary to execute a successful integration
• Support the EVP and other senior leadership members on M and A meetings and calendaring
• Appropriately set up and utilize TEAMS, WRIKE, and other technology to automate and maximize efficiency in managing integrations
INTEGRATION:
• Drive follow-up activities in collaboration with all leaders to ensure timelines and deadlines are achieved
• Create, update, and maintain project plans, and weekly status reports.
• Provide updates to stakeholders, and agency leaders to provide confidence in the integration process
• Develop relationships with Agency leaders and colleagues and serve as a conduit for building trust
• Deploy strategic thinking to overcome challenges and resolve issues while in the integration phases
• Be the primary point of escalation for any topics related to integration and colleague engagement
• Effectively manage changes in requirements or scope
• Ensure alignment with training and colleague development during integration
• Capture lessons learned from Integrations and analyze opportunities for improvement
POST INTEGRATION:
• Ensure all post activities and actions are completed by Department leaders
• Seek feedback from Agency colleagues on the success of the integration
• Closely monitor New Business and Lost Business and discuss with
• Proactively monitor and address gaps in process standards, training, and financial metrics.

• Motivate teams, demonstrate positive attitude, and help leaders towards meeting their objectives and timelines.
• Can learn from others and continue to show his/her desire to learn and understand more.

EDUCATION & OTHER SKILLS
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, operations, and project management
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Successful candidates will have the ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment, work independently, consistently meet deadlines, as well as analyze and communicate financial information to disparate audiences.
• Must also have experience in Microsoft Office. Specifically Intermediate WORD skills and Advanced EXCEL skills.
• Treat external and internal clients professionally always.
• Demonstrate the core values and respect for fellow co-workers, internal and external clients.
