Purpose of the Position:

TTG Imaging Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment at various customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, maintain, and modify imaging equipment, including PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT, and SPECT/CT systems.
  • Cultivate superior customer relations to ensure contract stability and continued success.
  • Respond to service issues in a timely manner and provide on-site support that meets customer contract terms and demands.
  • Manage and prioritize work to satisfy internal and external customer demands.
  • Perform system installations using technical abilities and independent judgment during evaluations, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, refurbishing, routine maintenance, and validation.
  • Log and complete reports detailing service calls, indicating call types and on-site visits.
  • Comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines and follow company standards for quality management procedures and work instructions.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in electronics or engineering discipline, and/or military equivalent training.
  • 2+ years experience with molecular imaging equipment, including PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT, and SPECT/CT systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Cloud IOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM.
  • Expert level experience with standard and metric tools.
  • Completion of safety, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance training, as well as other required training programs.
Working Conditions:

Work is performed at hospitals, clinics, and physician offices. Employee must be able to work in confined areas, drive to and from facilities in all weather situations, and travel may be extensive.

Occupational Exposure:

Work environment may involve exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.
