ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to a manager or team leader, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and logistics
- Maintaining accurate records and files, including tracking permit status and processing payments
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including responding to emails and phone calls
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government or public sector organization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
