About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Executive Director of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the digital media landscape.

As a member of our sales team, you will work closely with key clients to educate them on our sponsorship and activation offerings. You will also build cohesive proposals to take out to market and navigate complex sales cycles to achieve desirable mutual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain yearly sales goals and communicate progress to management
  • Proactively identify and call on decision makers to build sales opportunities and pipeline
  • Develop new clients and manage current clients with white-glove treatment
  • Build strong, long-term mutually beneficial client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in digital media, traditional media, ideally within mobile and streaming video
  • 5+ years sales experience with pre-existing media agency and client relationships
  • Proactive, positive, and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person, over the phone or video conference
