Home Health Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time opportunity performing home health visits in Millville, NJ.

As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
  • Make home visits to clients in designated territories
  • Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
  • Perform client assessments as necessary
  • Case management and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
  • Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with EMR
