Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care services to clients in Pennsville, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to join our team as a Home Health Nurse. As a Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client information and care plans accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare teams
