Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, financial systems, or interfacing systems within the Finance sector.
  • At least 3 years in a role demonstrating effective communication with diverse groups both internally and externally.
  • Experience as an analyst in finance or a related field, with a focus on system configuration, reporting, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in developing business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing along with their associated tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Understanding of organizational development and program operations.
  • Capacity to identify and respond to the needs of the organization and its personnel.
  • Prior experience in System Administration is advantageous.
  • Experience in providing training or insights to accounting and financial staff, enhancing their understanding of Oracle Fusion.
  • Able to proactively recommend enhancements to existing configurations, technologies, or procedures within Oracle ERP and EPM.
  • Optimize financial workflows.
  • Document processes and ensure adherence to financial management and accounting regulations.
  • Develop ERP reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
