Job Description

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and irregularities, providing actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics needs.
  • Produce customized presentations for intended audiences from IC to SVP, including clear and impactful data visualizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of reports and analytics solutions.
  • Challenge existing processes to further enhance and automate reporting efforts through process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of CDD quoting or drafting processes and key systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivots, formulas, functions, vlookups, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Oracle Cloud Framework Systems as well as CDD Dashboards preferred.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and resolve problems.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel (domestic and global).
