Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our team. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within the constraints of time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions.
  • Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
  • Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
  • Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Domain knowledge on two or more of the following: Finance Performance Management (ALM, PFT, FTP, Cash Flows etc), Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Management Reporting & Analytics etc.
  • Experience in Application Deployment, Technical Analysis, Solution Design, Test Cases development, Solution Validation & User Training.
  • Candidates with experience implementing OFSAA & similar products like SAP, SAS, Axiom based solutions can be considered.
  • Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA Products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Implementation experience of Banking and/or Banking Analytics experience.
  • Experience working in Agile project environment and cloud-based implementation experience.
