Known for fostering a collaborative work atmosphere, their skilled team excels in various construction endeavors, demonstrating a dedication to excellence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Guide subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards throughout the construction process.
  • Mentor and lead team members effectively.
  • Conduct regular foreman and safety meetings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop site utilization and logistics plans.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and professionalism as a leader.

Candidate Profile

The Successful Construction Project Manager should possess:

  • Experience in ground-up commercial construction.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the construction sector as a commercial construction manager.
  • Strong familiarity with construction management and scheduling software.
  • Willingness to travel for assignments outside the local area, with the primary base in Colorado Springs.

Compensation Package

Attractive salary and bonus potential based on experience
