About Us

Your Role

You'll engage with customers who contact us for various topics, including shopping for pets, problem-solving, and customer support. You must reside within Maine and have excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and solve problems to determine appropriate solutions for customers
  • Operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike
  • Engage with teammates and other team members across levels using virtual collaboration tools

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Canadian French preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers for data entry, navigation, and internet searching
