Auto Care Center Service Manager

As an Auto Care Center Service Manager at Walmart, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth in our Auto Care Centers. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of associates to provide vehicle care services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
