Job Summary:

Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Operations Project Management/Technical Documentation team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by creating high-quality documentation that ensures efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing operations, including work instructions, batch records, and other related documents.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing department staff to determine required document format and content.
  • Manage document creation and revision in an electronic document control system.
  • Utilize internal software systems to manage creation and revision of raw material, sub-assembly, and finished good SKUs.
  • Coordinate with team members to share workload, track and report project status, and review work done by others to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
  • 2 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience in a scientific/technical field.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to document synthetic, conjugation, or formulation procedures accurately and succinctly.
  • Experience using operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality business systems (ERP, PLM, LIMS, or MES).
  • Ability to interpret and summarize scientific/technical results in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.
