Job Title: FCA Recall Specialist

MarketSource, a leading provider of managed sales solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FCA Recall Specialist to join our team. As a Recall Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of assigned cases related to Takata airbag recalls and other OEM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field canvassing and face-to-face visits to close cases with required documentation
  • Utilize MarketSource's dashboard to review case assignments and closures
  • Develop relationships with assigned businesses and field team members
  • Communicate with customers about incentives, benefits, and programs related to initiatives
  • Complete and record all necessary information in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of work experience, industry-specific background preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
