We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
  • Participate in and update the nursing care plan to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Recognize changes in patient needs and responses, implementing care to prevent risk or reduce risk.
  • Accept responsibility for personal and professional accountability, complying with Aveanna policies, state and federal regulations, accrediting bodies, and the Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience as a practicing nurse (we offer an excellent New Grad Program for recent graduates).
  • Nursing License (must be active and in good standing with the board).
  • CPR Certification (must be current, Hands-on BLS).
