Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare team members as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • 1 year of RN ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred.
  • Current BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) certification.
