Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair complex overhead crane systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Support customers by providing expert technical assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and recommend repairs for customers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Service overhead crane systems by performing quality installations, inspections, and troubleshooting, as well as responding to repair calls.
- Document all service and installation actions, including completion of forms, reports, and inspection checklists.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to fabricate and weld structures, perform inspections to OSHA/ANSI criteria, and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
- Ability to assemble and repair complex machinery.
- Good driving record and willingness to travel.
