Role Overview
The Process Improvement Leader is tasked with leveraging facilitation techniques, change management strategies, and a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics to spearhead significant process simplification and transformative process initiatives. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, process design, enhancement facilitation, root cause analysis, ideation for improvements, testing, and implementation.
This role necessitates collaboration with Key Enterprise Leaders, Shared Services Leaders, members of the Process Excellence team, and essential functional stakeholders such as IT, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, and HR.
This position functions as an individual contributor with a substantial capacity to influence and engage across various functions, regions, and business lines. It involves facilitating sessions while also focusing on the sustainability of changes and newly established processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of innovation, striving for transformative changes in processes while guiding stakeholders and subject matter experts through the change management journey and process excellence framework.
- Identify and execute transformational process enhancements across the enterprise. Collaborate with business leaders to define, measure, analyze, and design processes.
- Utilize design and systems thinking skills to develop streamlined and standardized processes, taking into account data analysis, dependencies, requirements, and other factors prior to implementing validated improvements.
- Employ external benchmarks and industry best practices as a foundation to significantly optimize or establish new processes.
- Work alongside the Process Excellence team and key stakeholders to facilitate intricate and cross-functional process mapping, design, or brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities to foster effective working relationships for projects and to address stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with IT on system implementation and enhancement initiatives related to Business Process Improvements.
- Identify and drive ongoing improvement and radical simplification of processes, including but not limited to root cause analysis, process opportunity identification, and automation potential.
- Engage with various stakeholders to ensure global alignment of priorities while navigating often ambiguous and complex initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in process and/or project work within a complex, global organization.
- At least 2 years of hands-on facilitation experience with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience in process design, mapping, documentation, controls, transformational improvements, and change management.
- Experience in stakeholder management with the ability to influence, persuade, and align key stakeholders.
- Proven adaptability and persistence in a changing environment, with the ability to constructively address conflicts.
- Experience executing process design and improvement initiatives that lead to transformational changes.
- Experience working in a matrixed global environment.
- Formal training in Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and/or APQC/ASQ is desirable.
- Experience initiating enabling technologies is beneficial.
- Familiarity with process automation and process intelligence technologies is advantageous.
- Must demonstrate the following competencies:

The salary range for this position is $102,500 - $130,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors including the candidate's experience, education, and work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
