**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team as a Testing Psychologist. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in assessment, preferably with Autism and ADHD testing. This role offers a supportive environment with a robust administrative team handling tasks such as insurance billing, data entry, and other administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on your work.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide psychological assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and other behavioral issues
* Work closely with psychometrists to select appropriate tests and collaborate with other licensed psychologists on the team when questions arise regarding diagnoses or test results
* Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports based on assessment results
* Participate in weekly consultation groups to discuss challenging cases and ensure accurate and effective treatment planning

**Benefits:**
* Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually, based on caseload
* Part-time positions also available
* Additional benefits include BCBS Health insurance (50% covered by the company), 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match (up to 3%), and 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, performance-based bonuses, and hybrid work schedule

**Requirements:**
* Licensure: Licensed Psychologist (LP) in North Carolina
* Experience: Prior experience in assessment, preferably with Autism and ADHD testing
* Skills: Attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and work both collaboratively and independently
* Language Skills: Strong professional communication and writing skills*Bonus available for bilingual Spanish-English candidates
