Wireless Sales Consultant

We're seeking a talented Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team at GP Mobile, one of the largest T-Mobile authorized retailers in the US. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, sales, and customer service. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to work with a dynamic team, learn from industry experts, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Become a brand ambassador: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations.
- Sales expert: Utilize your knowledge of T-Mobile products and services to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Customer advocate: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for sales, customer service, and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 6 months of customer-facing experience (preferably in retail).
