Product Manager for Privileged Access Management

Job Description

At U.S. Bank, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Product Manager for Privileged Access Management, you'll play a critical role in shaping our security strategy and ensuring the integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Privileged Access Management with U.S. Bank's business objectives and security standards.
  • Lead and support the design and build of PAM technical capabilities, including the expansion and use of technology and processes.
  • Oversee the development of business cases that drive the adoption of PAM tools, focusing on risk reduction, operational efficiency, and usability.
  • Partner closely with customers (infrastructure teams, application teams, business lines, etc.) to drive the evolution of the Privileged Access product(s).
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritizing all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing or implementing complex technology projects, compliance, or audit activities, with a focus on Privilege Access Management.
  • 6+ years of experience in working with industry-leading PAM solutions.
  • Experience working with Active Directory security methods and techniques.
  • 3+ years of experience in both on-prem and cloud-based access control, access management, access governance, and identity methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CGEIT.
  • Deep understanding of current and evolving industry trends in Identity & Access at a global, enterprise level.
  • Strong awareness of technology and strategy/direction in relation to Privilege Access Management.
