Product Manager

At Insight Global, we're seeking a seasoned Product Owner to join our team and drive digital transformation for one of our top Utility clients. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the vision, strategy, and stakeholder alignment necessary to deliver on our priority to enhance the customer experience.
As a Product Owner, you'll be accountable for building new and strengthening existing relationships to ensure alignment with our broader organizational objectives. You'll create new growth opportunities, apply agile principles and processes, and lead a development team to prioritize work that aligns with the product vision.
We're looking for someone with a strong collaborator who can build and maintain senior-level relationships. You'll have a proven ability to influence immediate and longer-term strategies, and you'll be responsible for identifying and capturing customer feedback, understanding trends, and applying market and user research.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business, marketing, project management, product management, or 4 years of direct Agile product management experience and technical delivery experience.
- In-depth knowledge with Agile process and principles (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Technical competency around applications and integrations
- Experience implementing customer and/or employee digital solutions and processes
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including decision making through ambiguity and influence on immediate and longer-term strategies
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on large strategic and product management initiatives
- A strong collaborator with a proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working on internal enterprise applications to drive operation efficiency
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
