Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at DuraServ Corp. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our hiring process and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for creating job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating career fairs, and maintaining talent community boards. You will also assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, and pre-employment paperwork. Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Source and screen candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.
  3. Coordinate and attend career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment activities to build relationships with external partners.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent community boards, including alumni groups for former employees.
  5. Administer temporary employment arrangements and assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  6. Review and analyze pre-employment paperwork and screenings for accuracy and completeness.
  7. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining accurate talent acquisition reporting and analytics.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of previous administrative or coordination experience required.
  • Talent acquisition or Human Resources support experience a plus.
