Job Title: Welding Engineer

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join our team in Zelienople. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing processes, including non-destructive testing, to ensure high-quality welds.
  • Collaborate with quality teams to improve inspection processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to select materials and resolve discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the development of manual and automatic welding processes.
Qualifications:
  • A four-year degree in Welding Engineering is required.
  • Strong background in manufacturing and hands-on welding experience is preferred.
Experience:
  • Two years of experience in welding engineering is required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
