Responsibilities:
  • Set up and develop various testing processes, including non-destructive testing
  • Make improvements to the manual and automatic welding processes
  • Working alongside quality teams to continually improve inspection processes
  • Interacting with the rest of the engineering team on issues like selection of materials and analyzing and resolving discrepancies

Qualifications:
  • A four year degree in Welding Engineering is required
  • A background in manufacturing and hands on welding experience is strongly preferred
Skills:
  • Familiarity with the R&D and Production processes
  • High level of professionalism at all time
Experience:
  • Two years of experience is required

Employment Type:
  • Direct hire

Compensation:
  • $100,000 to $110,000 per year

Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours a week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
  • Some flexibility with start and end times

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
