Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Broad River Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize functional potential
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to promote resident independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in physical therapy
