Shift Supervisor Trainee

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position that prepares individuals for future supervisory responsibilities. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will work closely with store management and crews to develop essential skills and knowledge in store operations, customer service, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Work effectively with store management and store crews to ensure seamless store operations
- Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
- Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed
