Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position that prepares individuals for future supervisory responsibilities. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will work closely with store management and crews to develop essential skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively with store management and crews to achieve business objectives
  • Supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promoting a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
  • Assist with customer relations issues, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policy
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of CVS Health's business operations and culture
Requirements
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
  • Advanced communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, as needed
