Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor Trainee to join our team at CVS Health. As a Shift Supervisor Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of store operations, supervising store staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Supervise store staff, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Work effectively with store management and store crews to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
