We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Center for Outcomes Research and Epidemiology team at Genmab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust health economics, outcomes research, and epidemiology plans that align with our brand strategies, medical affairs strategies, and clinical development plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CORE tactical plans in alignment with CORE strategy and broader brand, medical, and market access strategy.
- Review and maintain knowledge in therapeutic area unmet needs, treatment guidelines, market access landscape, and impact of treatments on clinical, economic, patient-reported outcomes.
- Contribute to the generation and compilation of evidence to demonstrate unmet need in disease/value of products with a focus on outcomes meaningful to payers, clinical decision-makers, and regulators.
- Manage external vendors in conduct of HEOR research projects by defining/providing input into study design, data analysis, and results.
- Ensure all research is conducted with a high level of scientific rigor.
- Contribute to the development of publications and presentations of research accomplishments at scientific conferences and forums.
- Develop customer-facing materials (e.g., value dossiers, field decks) and tools (e.g., BIMs, cost calculators) that can communicate value to payer customers.
- Investigate real-world datasets of interest to inform investment strategy in RWD across oncology portfolio.
- Develop/present (power point slides) on research-related topics to an extended or cross-functional team.
- As a member of the CORE team, contribute to department strategy and objectives as well as represent CORE on key initiatives.
- As a member of the CORE team, support pipeline assets as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate (Masters/PhD) degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, health services research, public health, health policy in life sciences industry.
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in life sciences industry.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- PhD preferred.
- Demonstrated research accomplishments as evidenced by a history of peer-reviewed publications.
- Ability to work well in a team and cross-functional environment, as well as work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment and with tight timelines.
- Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate key insights into strategy/tactics.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management, verbal & written communication skills.
