Position Overview:

The In-Seat Server role is dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences while collaborating effectively within the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat settings.

Key Responsibilities:
The In-Seat Server is responsible for providing exceptional service while working harmoniously in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat areas.

  • Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Deliver personalized service and meticulous attention to detail to surpass guest expectations.
  • Serve a variety of beverages and food items, including soft drinks, water, wine, and beer.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and other service departments within the venue.
  • Assist service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and delivering food items.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail options available within the venue.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to interact positively with colleagues to uphold company service standards.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Capability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Able to lift and carry items weighing between 10-30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work during all events, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant setting is preferred.

Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and procedures, and complete any required safety training.

Compensation:
$16.28 per hour

Legends provides a comprehensive range of benefits for eligible employees, including retirement savings plans like 401(k). Eligibility for part-time or seasonal benefits is subject to legal and company requirements.
