Key Responsibilities:
The In-Seat Server is responsible for providing remarkable guest service while working harmoniously in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat areas.

  • Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Deliver personalized service and meticulous attention to detail that surpasses guest expectations.
  • Serve a variety of beverages, including food, soda, water, wine, and draft or bottled beer.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and other service departments within the venue.
  • Assist the service team by clearing and cleaning tables and delivering food.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail options available within the venue.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to interact positively with colleagues to uphold company service standards.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette is required.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing between 10-30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Experience of two to three years in a high-end club or restaurant setting is preferred.


Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training.


Compensation:
$16.28 per hour

Legends provides a comprehensive range of benefits for eligible employees, including retirement savings plans such as 401(k). Eligibility for part-time or seasonal employee benefits is subject to legal and company requirements.
