Role Summary:
The Sustainment Integrated Logistics Support Lead plays a pivotal role in our organization, collaborating with a diverse team to drive innovation in platform and system development while implementing effective sustainment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, performance, schedule, and risk management.
- Conduct Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews to assess project financials.
- Manage Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
- Administer Government Finished Property (GFP) inventory management.
- Provide support for field activities and oversee organic and international depot-level maintenance.
- Facilitate shared product management and logistics services.
- Ensure comprehensive product service life surveillance and life extension planning.
- Guarantee compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in product and support services.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strategically plan and execute long-term operational readiness support to meet mission requirements.
Travel Requirements:
This position may involve up to 30% travel, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Sustainment, Logistics, Program Management, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and program performance management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Possession of an active U.S. government issued security clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing diverse teams in logistics and sustainment operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and flexibility.
- Proven track record in developing strong customer relationships to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Military background in Weapons, Munitions, or Maintenance is advantageous.
- Familiarity with product life cycle management.
- Top Secret Clearance is a plus.
