Position Overview


The University of Utah is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Student Engagement Coordinator for the Full-Time MBA program. This position is essential in facilitating a seamless experience for students from the moment they are accepted until they graduate.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the onboarding process for new students, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to thrive.
2. Develop and implement programs that foster student involvement and community within the MBA cohort.
3. Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
4. Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall student experience and engagement initiatives.
5. Monitor and assess student engagement metrics to continuously improve program offerings.


Qualifications:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
