Job Title: Electrical Controls Systems Design Engineer

About the Role:
This is a full-time, exempt salaried position responsible for designing controls systems for automation machines at TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT CORP. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Controls/Automation Engineer with expertise in electrical engineering and programming PLC's and HMI's using Ladder Logic.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing control systems that meet project requirements and customer expectations
• Developing plans to accurately produce results that meet cost estimates
• Interpreting internal cost sheets and developing plans to meet budget
• Communicating project requirements and progress to the project team and stakeholders
• Ensuring that project milestones are achieved and scope changes are properly documented

Requirements:
• BS Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Controls/Automation Engineer or equivalent
• Expertise in electrical engineering and programming PLC's and HMI's using Ladder Logic
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
