Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital West Campus. As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive health maintenance and episodic care for well and ill children
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans
- Prescribe and administer medications as delegated by the supervising physician
- Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Foster a culture of safety and quality improvement
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Experience in pediatric care, preferably in an emergency room setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
