Aveanna Healthcare - Private Duty Nurse LVN/LPN

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurses to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Document patient care and progress in our electronic system
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered RN/LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
